Q- I want to upgrade the hard disk of my desktop computer to a solid state drive which my friend told will improve my PC speed.Is that right decision .
Alice Ans- Its is good idea to get that extra speed advantage if you want more speed,better read write advantage. But there is limition in terms of storage capacity and prices are also high to buy and are still not available as of now. As of now check check first you have an IDE OR SATA hard disk.If it is IDE,then check whether your motherboard has SATA slot or not .If there is lack of SATA slot then you cant upgrade to solid state drive & vice versa. You also need a 51/4″ drive tray to mount the SSD in your computer .
